Product Description:
Water circulates in the coils of the closed cooling tower. Heat of fluid absorbed by the wall of the coil is exhausted out with the fan at the top of the tower. When the temperature inside the coils reaches a predetermined level, the spray system automatically starts. Water is sprayed onto the damp and hot coil wall which forms a water film. This water film absorbs the heat of the coil and turns into vapor, which is then carried away by the air flow. Un-evaporated water droplets from the process then fall into the collection tank for recycling. All the water in the coils circulates in a closed loop with minimal consumption, and the consumption of spray water is also very low.
